A Shift in Course
I will be changing the direction of my poetry going forward, though I still value the pieces I have written and published. Message for you all after the poem.
I've laid my bones to rest, and now do plant new ferns. What will rise next, do see, Is of different kind. I sought what was the best, Beyond what time would test. For though those efforts, blest, They now take journey west. Their fate and their concerns, No more shall guide my sterns. I make no new returns Of goods their effort earns. For though I am at sea, I need their stalwart tree. For what I paid a fee, I still do hold as key. However, they do blind me to what fate does wind. For health, of flesh and mind, A source new I must find. I now take flag and crest, And go where work attorns. Prepare for tales, beastly, And taste what there is mined.

Thank you for your continued reading so far. That being said, there will be a distinct break in focus/pattern in what I continue to write.
With this chapter closing, I do want to gather my works so far into a coherent collection, and thus I ask this of you: if there is a poem that you like, specifically, find some way of drawing my attention to it. DM me. Like the post. Leave a comment on it. If you feel bold, share it in a place that I will see it (Feel free to tag me).
I do not guarantee I will include it, but I will take it under advisement, and should it fit within the spirit of the work, you’ll find it there.
I will credit you with thanks in the piece as well, however you choose to identify yourself.
Thank you for your continued support.
